My name is Prudy Carter-Donovan. I am the founder and director of INNER JOURNEY WELLNESS, an integrative mental health care practice on the beautiful island of Martha's Vineyard. I strive to identify the root cause of what is holding you back from living your best life.
Together with the client, we develop a treatment plan to rebalance and restore emotional, physical, and spiritual health.
I'm an IFS informed, board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, specializing in Integrative Mental Health Care and Ketamine Therapy. I offer a holistic and patient-centered approach, focusing on the overall health and well-being of the individual.
